Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

1) WE DON'T WANT DUNKS IN THE BEAST THREAD!
2) Even if we want dunks, where is the beast? Ok, she is a woman so it's rare to see ingame dunks, but she is 6'8'' using a smaller ball, she needs like 20'' vert to dunk it...

Hater!

So if I post a 300 lbs guy jumping 50 inches and breaking the backboard dunking, he's not a beast and should not be here?

I am shouting because we have discussed this , twice :

http://www.adarq.org/forum/pics-videos-links/beast/msg70732/#msg70732

Until you find the 300lbs guy jumping 50'' and shattering the backboard, please don't post a skinny 6'8'' barely landing a single hander with a small ball.

But she's a woman!

6'8 dunking woman = 5'6 dunking man

I think...

I guess that makes Brittney Grinder a 5'2 man or something.
