That video/feat somehow manages to be impressive and incredibly stupid at the same time.

^My thoughts exactly!
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

I don't like seeing dunks in here , even beasty ones. There is the sticky dunk thread , and there are many dunkers 'own thread's.
I tried to make that point a while ago:

You guys might want to stop posting dunks in the beast thread , there is a sticky thread for dunks:
http://www.adarq.org/forum/basketball/the-%27regular-people-dunking-thread%27/

No big deal , those dunks are beasty too , i just think its better for everyone if we post more organised , especially when there are dedicated sticky threads for a certain topic.

Avishek and raptor disagree, what about other people?

Agree, no dunks.  There's nothing beastly about them...unless someone dunks with a 200lb weighted vest on or something.

word. so pretty much only chezkenney should be included here, for that insane video where he dunks over and over while strapped into a resistance band.

to wit:

^^^ doesn't really make the cut for me. a guy that size SHOULD be squatting 410. every video kingfish has ever posted is more beastly than that.
