He looks pretty heavy!

I found a journal of his from when he used to sprint back in 2009.

His increased strength didn't correspond to an increase in speed but injuries were a limiting factor. If he wasn't suffering hamstring injuries and got to work on max speed and speed velocity the increased strength should theoretically lead to faster times due to better acceleration and force development etc. If I was guessing his time now judging on his size I'd say he'd be anywhere from mid 11s to high 12s over 100m as the extra weight he's carrying would negatively impact his top speed/speed endurance.

clearance recently did a training video together with tom martin... it's basically two freaks throwing around some massive weights like it's nothing

this gym is new in my city, the guy who runs it was basically head pt at my old gym and is the one who got me into oly lifting - wish id gone to watch this session daaaaaaaaaaaamn!
