I looked into it a few weeks ago because you post lots of instagram vids; I think there is a plugin. I'm going to snapshot the forum and attempt to install it. I usually have issues installing plugins for some reason, they always break. We'll see tho. Thanks for the reminder!

I saw he went pretty viral with the chair side splits overhead squat thing - didn't know of him before then but yeah he's pretty jacked!

Holy fuck. His vlog/youtube/whatever you call it is awesome. First of the 'elite' dunkers that really lets you see how he trains. Hes incredibly powerful considering his build (long limbs, 180lbs).
