I was about to say that's not really that impressive, I thought he had only one weight vest on, but 3? WTF? You can't know how much they weigh though...

I did bss with a 230 lbs barbell, i think it's harder than using vests and dbs...

Are you crazy boy? What's easier to stabilize, a weight close to the ground or a weight far away from the ground?
