I havent given up btw, Im still on him about finding it and going nuts on the internet looking lol.  I feel like a dumbass for telling him it was retarded now since he listened and basically lost interest in it.  I never thought anything would come of it and I was pretty sure I knew everything back then.
Relax.

I hate that my knee is injured... because I can do pretty much the same thing even though I have much more bodyfat than that guy so it's more difficult for me (and I was doing them on the floor by the way... with just a gym mat folded a few times under my knees)...

This video really makes me want to go out and film one natural GHR rep...
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

you can do it with your back that neutral though? that's honestly the best natural GHR (using toes/forefoot) that I have ever seen.. if you can do it like that I will bow to you :D might explain your speed too..

peace

Yeah that's the first thing I saw... back neutral "enough"... butt not very much sticked out. I don't know.

And yeah my stride frequency is very high so one explanation might be good hamstring development. I have no idea if it has any bearing on that though... from what I'm aware of, the hamstrings in a sprint, besides helping into hip extension (ideally) - they prevent knee hyperextension when the leg is swung forward so I have no idea if that's a factor in the stride frequency deal.

Crazy powerful. It looks like he pushes a bit though. I cannot tell for sure, though.

It's not hilarious... it's a good use for the Bosu ball.
