yes! some1 knows what i am talking about...if your a pro athlete why even waste your time with a treadmill? seriously go out there and sprint
they do TONS of sprinting during practices.. those treadmills could be used for warmups/cooldowns or for people who need extra cardio.
what is wrong with walking? it's the same as a treadmill except more natural
i feel that treadmills make you walk a little different, which can potentially hurt your knee, since a different walking always will lead to knee pain for a while
