Oh wait... Maybe he read that it's more important to get higher than jump quicker, and he gets the highest off a standing vertical jump so he dropped, stopped and did a standing VJ. Or he could be retarded, who knows?

Andrew when you were explaining what was wrong with some of thoe videos you could have just said - "He wasn't even trying"
In the leg press vid the guy is also locking his knees after extending which you never want to do.
