nice competition here, but at the end, that world record was 2ez.. check the power in Boevski's cleans, he can front squat a house.

google judd biasotto...602 ?? at 132 lbs...advocate of pavel's high freq(grease the grove more or less), high volume, varying intensity, no fatigue, perfect technique, practicing a movement rather than 'working out'
re-evaluate, daniel-san, re-evaluate

More impressive is the 320kg squat WR in IPF 60kg.

Weightlifters still own powerlifters in squatting when you take into account gear and depth though. Even the powerlifting squat specialists who are uncompetitive overall don't squat as well as the weightlifters.

he probably shouldn't be compared to dimas/boevski then, both of whom have numerous world record's etc, and some crazy lifts on tape.. just saying hehe

boevski is bulgarian so i'm pretty sure he's been trained using high frequency regimes.

Dimas also. The Greek and Turkish teams follow extremely similar programs to the Bulgarians. Actually I'm not even sure the Turks differ much at all but the Greeks definitely did more squatting.

High frequency is a bit of misnomer though. Under the programming favored by the Russian's you'd be training almost every day as well although the philospy is quite different.
