A long video, but it blew my mind a bit - it made me understand things a lot better

that was great, enjoyed it. loved the section on diabetes.
i mostly eat once a day (dinner). occasionally i'll eat earlier, but for the most part, i've been managing to eat 1x/day for months now. My weight had ballooned (lol) up to ~162 or so after I got injured and stopped running as much. Stayed there for a month or so, then stayed in the high 158+ for another month or so. Then got back on eating 1x/day and have slowly drifted back to down low 140's. Plan is to try and get to my lightest ever WITHOUT much exercise, ie 135 lb or so on mostly diet. I'm still active (yard work on the weekend) and 1-2x/wk run, but nowhere near what I was when I hit 139 lb last year running 80-100 mi per wk for 1.5 months or so.
Very interested to see how low (& lean) I can get on mostly diet strategies. My strategy is just drink tons of water, eat 1x/day, and what I do eat - usually lots of veggies with a 1/2 cup of rice, ie in a stir fry meal. I'll also add in some semi-nutritious stuff like milk chocolate almonds/cashews etc occasionally. It's no biggie since I am constantly making progress. My body is very "efficient" at such a low weight already, so my 1x/meal per day is probably "too large", but I like it so it'll just take me a little more time to drop the fat. I'm cool w/ that.
lowest i've gotten before (morning weight, hydrated, not depleted):
1. just basketball, sub 140 (high school)
2. boxing: 140-142, early 20's
3. dunking: 145-ish, 27-30
4. running: 139, 35-36 y/o
5. mostly diet: 143 (so far, plan is 135 or lower)
