i'd probably be laughed at for considering this my favorite greek yogurt, but it's truly amazing:

it's worth trying.. it doesn't have as strong of a greek yogurt taste as some of the popular brands, but, it has this ultra clean/smooth/refreshing taste that has become addicting.



edit: I wonder if it's "strained" (authentic process)

i thought it would be much cheaper for you! the only real 'greek' stuff you see a lot here is like fage - which i believe is actually made in greece and stuff, the rest is 'greek style' which has nowhere near the macros - way more sugar + less protein. in fact 'natural yoghurt' is better than the greek style' from what i gather.



on the topic of dairy products - anyone had quark? that also has awesome macros and i found some pretty cheap

When you get sick of greek yogurt... switch to cottage cheese w cinnamon... when thats boring back to greek yogurt w bananas... best recipe for leaning out.

I love cottage cheese. I remember being afraid of it growing up, then I had a spoon full in my 20's, and devoured a tub. I'm someone who easily gets addicted to dairy products ;f

lol, cant describe how kitsch the label is for a Greek that sees it. It would be the exact equivalent of an American product with the freedom eagle and Lincoln and idk mount Rushmore  on it  :wowthatwasnutswtf:

so SKYR - Icelandic yoghurt just started being mass marketed in the UK, I basically lived off the stuff in iceland, it's amazing. Better than Greek, really thick and great flavours. And nearly 10g protein/100g, I had no trouble polishing off a 450g tub in one go.
