Bit elaborate, but my apartment smells soooo good right now:

Beef Stew a la LBSS

ingredients
2.5-3 lbs chuck roast
8-10 cloves garlic
2 large onions
6-8 carrots
barbecue sauce
1-2 tsp thyme
s&p
2-3 bay leaves
.25 cup olive oil
2-3 tbsp butter
6-8 cups chicken or beef stock
little bit of sugar (can be confectioner's)

directions
cut chuck roast into 1-inch cubes
mince garlic
chop onions and carrots into 1-inch cubes
heat olive oil in a large pot over med-high heat
saute chuck roast until brown on all sides, about 5 mins
add garlic and a bit of s&p
add stock, barbecue sauce to taste (.25 cup or so), thyme, sugar and bay leaves
bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
MEANWHILE
melt butter in a large pan
saute onions and carrots about 20 mins
add to stock mixture
return to simmer
simmer another 40 mins or so, until roast is tender
remove bay leaves and let stew cool slightly
devour

I use this recipe and have them on my breaks at work. not too bad, a piece of piss to make and taste alright.
I'd recommend these if you haven't got much time and can't be bothered to cook anything. Wrap them in foil and take them out with you.

Eggs with tuna

I eat this usually to get myself going and get enough protein for the morning.

You need 3 eggs and tuna ( low mercury if possible).
Get those three eggs in a bawl and remove 2 yokes (all the protein is in the white part and we keep one yoke cuz of the taste ) put tuna in and mix it up. And make it like you will make an omlet!

There you go it takes around 5-6 min too make,cheap and it is a good nutritional value!

Egg yokes have their good and bad sides. But don't want to get boring here with science stuff all in all they have more bad stuff then good....They are good for getting your blood picture etc. but contain tons of shit that are bad... This does NOT mean you should not eat it,just eat it but not too much. On the other side whites are full of protein and stuff that will help you so much... :)

Confirmed , too much bad cholesterol would be the worse. Fuckers taste awesome though. When i do egg recipes i put 6 whites / 1.5 yolks.

To be honest that excident had an effect on an entire echo system including us. General opinion on tuna ( and this is on most products ) is that the price will tell you (in 80 % of the cases) that the food is good. When you take tuna for example, low mercury tuna is expensive as hell but very good. They will also have a sign probably that it is a low mercury one... Also that does NOT mean you should not eat regular tuna, you could eat it 1-3 times a week,but eating it 7 times a week and it is not a low mercury one, well you are gonna have a bad time :d Hope that this helps! I'm aware of the mercury issue  it is an issue for all fish , the higher they are in the food chain the worse, i was buying mercury-free ones already.
Radioactivity is something much more important and dangerous. Most tunas are supposedly fished and packed in Thailand but how can you be sure , and it's very close there too.
Canned tuna was my #1 source of food protein, easy to store, long expiry date , no cooking, no fat , no carbs, high percentage of good quality ( BCAA chain ) protein, it is actually a solid state protein supplement.
I recently stopped consuming them, but i am still not sure if all this tuna/fukoshima correlation is a fact or an urban legend / conspiracy theory...

Totally agreed. Tuna is my "quick protein" food also can replace a regular meal...love it. :)

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Yeah it has like no bones whatsoever and it's cheap and has a pretty good taste. Plus if you have a fetish for heavy pollution you can get fantasy to become fact.
