I eat pangasius fish and it all comes from the river Mekong in Vietnam which is said to be one of the most polluted in the world.

That's the only fish i eat, that don't taste like fish
i don't like the taste of fish

Yeah it has like no bones whatsoever and it's cheap and has a pretty good taste.

Exactly, no bones and cheap  :headbang:
Plus if you have a fetish for heavy pollution you can get fantasy to become fact.

lol become spiderman or whatever you want  :P
I carry a detector ensure i get the one with the highest levels of radiation pollution

not only did I watch that as a kid but also played the game on the amiga. excellent show.

as recipes go what I eat a lot of is chicken fajitas with brown tortillas, seems to go down pretty well if I'm attempting to lean up a bit without going too mad.

marinate 2.5 lbs (a bit more than a kilo) of chicken thighs in a quarter cup (you figure out the damn metric measurement) of teriyaki sauce and a few chopped cloves of garlic and roast at 450 for like half an hour. baste once about halfway through with more teriyaki. if you want to do the veggie at the same time, quarter some bok choy and add it over the top of the chicken with about ten minutes to go.

delicious, couldn't be easier, you can make a whole bunch at once, and incredibly cheap.

easiest "recipe" ever:

squeeze lemon juice onto watermelon and/or blueberries.

i really don't hear of anyone doing that.. but man o man it's epic. love it.

a recipe that includes physical exertion as the most important component:

1. exert yourself (particularly in the heat) for a considerable amount of time
2. lose a significant amount of water weight
3. pull a bunch of grapefruits out of the fridge (better if cold)
4. cut them in half
5. squeeze the juice onto a spoon, slurp it down, then dig into the grape fruit & grab the pulp & some more juice
6. repeat while in utopia.

recipe will probably also work well with coconuts, watermelon, oranges, etc.

grapefruits are the shit. they're in season here right now and daaaaaamn.

here's a delicious salad my gf made the other day:

- ~2 cups lentils (cooked and cooled at least to room temp)
- 2 small or 1 med cucumber chopped pretty fine
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- bunch of mint chopped
- drizzle of balsamic vinegar (start with a little and add a little more if not enough, to taste)
- salt to taste
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

subbed. those two are a solid team. excellent video editing. I love the ways this dude explains everything, so laid back, calm, patient, a huge contrast to what we normally see in the US with crazy energy & non-stop blabbing - not a fan of that style.

he lost me at the "chicken flavor" packet though, lmfao.

Nice, glad you enjoyed his format. I wouldn't take that chicken flavour part tooo seriously, i think it's a rasta thing where they avoid processed foods and things like salt and SUGAR -- preferring whole, natural foods/ingredients, but yea obviously he's just now adding salt back in the guise of something else, paradoxically quite processed! It's ok, we know better as educated folk that salt is not an enemy per se .. so you can prob just just substitute salt instaed of that MSG laden stuff and still make it work.
