I was looking through the bodybuilding.com website for supplements to use during hypertrophy and i found the following.

which one do you think i should take, i heard good things about hydro whey.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/platinum_hydrowhey.html

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html - this has whey from isolates as well as fast acting hydro whey

or if there is one you can find anywhere which is better.

Thanks
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

^ nothing bad with those. id suggest buying any mainstream whey protein based on taste. whey protein works if you are consistent in taking it.

if you don't want to spend too much - i find syntha6 / muscle milk really good for the price. id take syntha 6 peanut butter/vanilla over ON anyday. ON has less carbs but thats not always a good thing.

creatine monohydrate > whey, so get those first if you haven't yet. good luck!

^ get the most basic micronized creatine by higher power. put in hot water/coffee to solubilze/dissolve. then mix with cold whey protein shake. load 5g/day for a week. maintain 2g/day. win

Really? I never knew that. I know about the peri-workout benefits of creatine, but not about the recovery and growth benefits. Time to google some stuff before asking on this board...  ;)
