Yo, this isn't strictly forum-design related, but I reckon the journals section needs a graveyard clean-out. Some of them are more than a year and a half since last post! It's just depressing seeing them sit there and gather dust.

It would also be nice if the left bar would have the NAMES clickable, not just the arrows in the circles.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

ya i tried that.. the problem with that tho is, u cant scroll it then.. but maybe people dont scroll it anyway.. ill make it clickable.

i don't scroll it, i just use it to see which topics are new and then i click those.

http://iphonetester.com/

thanks man but, the only problem with that is, it's not actually an iphone.. it uses css/etc to mimic the iphone's look/screen size etc.. but, something is going on in the actual iphone browser it seems, because, for that one mask to show up huge doesn't make much sense to me.. all of those little icons have the same css/etc.

weird.

it cuts off at the last 10 posts. Wish there was a link to show more than the last 10.

the left-hand menu and up/down voting work only intermittently in pakistan. not really worth looking into, just thought it was funny/odd.  :derp:

flander, i modded the code to remove the side scrollbar if someone is viewing from a mobile device..... it should work properly now.

please tell me if it is/isn't!@#!@

this is a temporary modification until i figure it out.. im simulating user-agent's with chrome to test if the scrollbar appears or not in 'mini/mobile browsers', it's disappearing for those browsers so, seems to be working.

thanks alot man.. pc

Ha never got to this. Works like a charm man.

wait . . . . where did the sprinting thread go!?? lol i'm sure this was already mentioned don't feel like scrolling back right now... it's cool w/e

appreciate all your hard work adarq!!
"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.
