Is it just me are hyperlinks hard to differentiate in the current setup. They look almost indistinguishable from normal text.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

that second one is hilarious.. ya well if you find any 'icons' or 'small gifs', ill add them.. i could probably max-width the gif's u posted and have them show up like little icons too.

Yeah , transparent would be perfect but especially in the case of rage comincs you are used to see the white panel so it does not look weird.
Overkill? I don't know , i am a big fan of ragecomics so too much is not enough for me...

Hi

If you are finding it difficult to make them transparent, maybe not. But here is a suggestion to help quicken the procedure.

Download GIFworks

1. Click on File then select File Open...



2. The next screen will offer 2 methods to upload your image.
Method #1 allows to upload the URL of you're image you are hosting with an image host like Photobucket or Image Shack.
Method #2 offers you to upload an image from your computer (this is the option I use)

3. You've uploaded your graphic from your computer and you will see you image, you will clearly see the white background I've used arrows to pinpoint the background for you.


4. Goto Edit from the File Menu and select Add Transparency

Another window should appear with your image, if it doesn't then a pop-up blocker may be working to stop the window from showing, allow pop-ups from the tripod or temperary allow pop-ups from the site. Once the window has loaded it will look like this...


You will see a hand icon pointer when you move the mouse, click on a white bit of area. You're window will then close and you will see the main window again with your image 'without' the white background now.


Right-Click on the image and select Save Picture As...

Regarding the 1 rep max calculator, can you clarify something?

I'm trying to get to 315lb 1rep max.  When I type in 315 for 1 rep, it says the 5 rep max is 271lbs.  When I type in 271lbs for 5 reps, it says 1 rep max is 305lbs. 

I know 1 rep max calculator's are not accurate for everyone, but still I'm just trying to get an estimate.
Goal is to dunk.

Vertical needed to dunk: 40"

Current vertical : 38.5"
