It's not so much the music but the words that I like. Says a lot about how people treat the internet. Act like thugs online even when they can't do anything in real life.

listen to the chariot much much better...or converge or about a million better bands than rise against

This might be the most harcore rise against song? I probably haven't listened to them as much as you.

This helps me sometims on max jumps. I like melody though over words.

I don't usually listen to any hardcore music. I know Rise Against isn't really "hardcore" per se, the post was more about the message of the song than music.

I don't see how Rise Against is really a sell-out. The whole point of their music from the start has been to spread political messages and that's what they've kept doing. If they have to expand their audience into the mainstream to spread their thoughts to more people, more power to them. I'll consider them sell-outs when they make money without making music about anything meaningful like most of the bands teenagers listen to.

Yep. Haha. Well, not entirely I guess. Most of their songs are more antigovernment stupidity than anything. I don't like their support for PETA... that's pretty dumb and tool-ish. PETA's just a dumb organization.
