It's pretty bizarre. I can't remember a social trend like this before. It could be on its way to becoming the most successful fitness app ever made!

The monetisation potential is unlimited. I wonder if it's a secret governmental effort to juice the global tourism industry through the roof. Oh, you want a Mewtwo? Well get ready to climb the Eiffel tower for $50 a pop in two weeks time, better book your flights now. I can imagine after awhile Nintendo will just start releasing super rare pokemon for sale so people who are sick of walking/travelling around will just cough up $500 for a Pikachu with a hat on or whatever.

lol at video, but it is a wierd trend, you see people you never seen outside with phones, especially when they are in groups on their phones, you can assume they are prob playing pokemon go lmao.

but its very true the possibility acole mentioned, of releasing rare pokemons, then you will have collectors on the app, who will look or pay for a pikachu with a hat hah.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Raptor, what are you talking about? pokemon games/movies/animated series was a HUGE cult with millions of fanatic fans, long before this Pokemon GO.

Pokemon game series on Nintendo started in 1996 and has sold 280 million pieces, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_video_game_franchises.

Of course an augmented reality version would make such an impact.
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

The pokemon go car accident that happened when it pretty much came out was in a city near me.  I've had to kick out pokemon go players at work because they wandered onto the site....it's sad really.

Now one that actually looks interesting is pretty much the same thing but it's a 1st person shooter.
