wow what a night of fights, firstly the ufc fight, I decided to watch to see how good connor was, he was confident and did alot of spinning kicks, i thought he was actually going to win and he was very accurate in coming in and out but once diaz landed to wobble him, he's fatigue showed through and that was smart from diaz when connor was on the floor and diaz on top he tried to put arm around neck but his chin was tucked so he punched him on the side of the head releasing the chin and in goes diaz for the choke. 2 upsets ended in a submission by choke hold. wow didn't expect it turn that way.

margarito fight was average, he loves fighting close and hitting the uppercuts rocking paez's head back and then paez knocked him down, wow, then later on margarito was playing catch up as it was a draw at that point and margarito took it. it was average exciting, is margarito back not convinced yet but he seemed in shape and was boxing a lot.

   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

there were some other sick fights too..

sadam ali vs jessie vargas was really good on hbo.. then douglas vs some psycho on showtime was an amazing fight. absolute war. finally luis ortiz beat tony thompson as expected, ortiz is so impressive.

didn't see the conor fight but did see the choke out. the diaz brothers don't come to lose so, better not play games with them in the ring.. and they are very tough on the ground, very sneaky with black belt jiujitsu. Surprised diaz wobbled conor.

ps: I fucking hate margarito for what he did to cotto. Should be a lifetime ban..

wow jessie vargas destroying ali, he is power full and very quick on his feet. the ortiz fight, the punch didn't look that powerful to have knocked thompson down, but then the weight of the hand played a role, the second knockdown was hilarious especially the ref's reaction the bell just came too late. but thomson didn't look as active as ortiz, he looked slow and sluggish while ortiz was actually throwing fast hands with combos. they looked close to the back of the head the third knock out and couldn't get up.
just watched the highlights and they were impressive, i seen ortiz before so he was good.

ya vargas seems to really be improving.. his power is becoming more impressive. I mean he almost ko'd Bradley two fights ago too. We're definitely seeing him grow a ton as a fighter, fun to watch.
