Seasoned, but new here

Hey, my name is Sean and I'm a lifetime athlete. I got out of shape there for a while after college ball and tried some online diet/exercise programs (*ahem, scams...) and was left frustrated. Finally what worked and have been getting back to my old self. I am online pretty consistently looking at nutrition and training stuff.....I guess that's how I came across this site.....I really don't know because it was a series of links that ultimately brought me here.

Anyway, I was intrigued at the discussion of some of the online scams. I am totally blown away at some of the stuff that is one the internet that makes SO much money. It's really quite frustrating because I was in the boat at one time of wasting money on these things. It's crazy what people get away with online.

Anyway, I'm just interested in talking athletics, workouts, nutrition, etc. I have studied the stuff casually all my life but I also have access to some very elite trainers and nutritionist that most people don't even know exist so I love sharing what I learn from them. Because it's far from "mainstream" and I've seen its success.

Looking forward to the chats here!

hey hey,

I found this site by the bit that calls people out for being scammers and inadvertently found a great place with useful people and free information.
It seems with scamming all you need to know is how to seem like you know what you're talking about and some people will probably bite, which really sucks.

any super awesome info from your trainers/nutritionists you think is worth mentioning without a specific topic?
