Greetings everyone,
I will keep this post as short as possible (journal will be more detailed). I am a 25yo male and have been training hard for the past six months in the hope of regaining my ability to dunk (could dunk in high school before hurting my back). I have seen quite a bit of progress during this time, due in part to the information on this site (been lurking for about 3 months). However, I have recently hit the inevitable plateau and decided it was time to become a member.
My journal will include a more detailed story about myself, as well as my current abilities and goals. Hopefully i can get some good advice and keep my progress moving in the right direction.
