Looking really good technically, I think the limiting factor is still maximal strength at this point.

All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

I haven't competed in the high jump since July 2009, because of an ankle injury. But on saturday I highjumped again, without any technical practice, so no new PB. But very close. Actually quite happy about it :)
