What kind of work do you do that your coach labels as "technique work"?
When I do technique work I do:
High jump - Approach runs, jumps from short approaches, scissors, full jumps
Long jump - Approach runs, different exercices to improve take-off rythm, jumps from short or long approaches.
Triple jump - Approach runs, jumps with reduced or full run-ups, usually focusing on phase at the time.
