hey all, i'm Dirk...some of you might recall me from TVS...i'm a lot more of a lurker than a poster but i might occasionally grace you all with my comments haha...i plan on starting a journal and getting some awesome feed back from everyone when i get a chance

i'm 23 years old 6 feet tall 205 pounds and am fairly out of shape...i'd like to get back down to about 170-180ish
oh and i'm one of those guys who knows plenty of lifting theory but seems to over analyize/get discouraged/all mixed up when it comes to actually implementing an exercise plan...so i'm sure i'm gunna need lots of help!
keep it simple, it's so damn simple really.. just get strong with the right lifts, eat right, get your fitness/reactive/jump work in, stay consistent, really push yourself, and bam
i play basketball so pretty much my goal is to get back into good shape and throw down dunks!
