Hello to everyone,
My name is Sebastien, im a french canadian 27 yrs old living in eastern canada.
The purpose behind me creating this account is simple: I WANT TO CRUSH 3 PERIODS OF ICE TIME FULL FUCKING BLAST.
Been there, done it... 2 dislocated shoulders later(1 time each, and is the excuse i always say..), lost it.
For the past weeks I have been getting "in shape" in the sense where i can jog a 4.7km in hills 4-5days a week. I started with a 2 km course with 1 hill and currently on said 4.7km with several types of hills.
The whole point of me joining this is to move torwards the goal of giving ALL I GOT every shift and leaving everyone behind after the first 20 mins of play.
I'm a dangler a passer and the wrist shot is my favorite shot. Endurance is KEY but upper body strenght is a must.
I NEEEEEEEEEEEED to eat better.
