I'm training for basketball and just the fun of it

28 years old

80kg 

I want to get to a 35" standing vert
and 40" off a run

Not sure of my reach but,

I can touch a basketball rim off standing, and two inches over the rim for my best RVJ.
Both double leg jumps.

My single leg vert sucks

Do you have wide hips?
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps
