HI everybody ! some already know me ... i guess ...
What can i say about myself ... hmm i used to be a pretty good dunker almost landed some between the leg dunk, also did a contest with Justin Darlington!  in my top i was having a 42 inches running vertical jump and 34 standing ... i was 6 feet and about 185 pounds at this time !

NOW WHAT HAPPEN TO YOU LMD ? Well I've switch to powerlifting/strongman training... i forget about dunking and jumping , now i think i can do just about 1 hander off oop ... can say haven't test for a while. Im still 6 feet but weight about 230 nude HAHA ! my biggest feat now are in the gym of course ... I got a 325 lbs bench press(not paused) , 500 lbs deadlift and 500 lbs squat ! 
im gonna do a powerlifting competition in april , so new stat too !

So that's it my Friend ! if you need help, well im going to try the best i can to help you !

I remember you from youtube! You were always a beast with the bar , but last summer's dunking progress was phenomenal too!
Then i remember you had some serious knee shit that kept you away from dunking. You came back for a while and disappeared again. Is your knee ok now , is it only powerlifting focus that keeps you away from dunking?
500lbs squat/230 lbs BW , i'm sure you can land some crazy dunks right now , much better than 1-hand-oop! Have you tried or you're just guessing?

wow, another beast to the forum!  you guys are always inspirational to mere earthlings like myself.  how long did it take you to pack on 45lbs of muscles?  and what was your dieting and supplements like?  thanks.
current stats: age: 42 :: 5'11" (180cm) :: 180lbs (82kg) bf ~30% :: reach: 90" or 7'6" (230cm) :: wing span: 6" (183cm)
12 week goal(current): SQ 115kg(100), DL 130kg(110), BP 80kg(70), reduce weight to 75kg (165 lbs) and bf to ~25%
status: excellent cardio condition, new 5x5 program, 10' rim touch okay, RVJ ~30"
PR RVJ ~34" 10'5" touch @ age ~25 (worst was ~6" below rim when i was @ 190 lbs ~35% body fat ~23" RVJ in 2007-8

hehe! glad that you remember me ! Yeah i have just guess ... because i didn't trow down since a while ! my knee are now really healthy ! Powerlifting is 100 % of my training now , anyways its full of snow here and there's no free gym where i can jump ... suck ! Also to put 45 lbs of muscle (and fat too) HAHA ! You gotta step your nutrition in quality and quantity ... strength training also help ... and doing no sport or cardio also help too !  ::) I really plan this summer on cutting some weight and make a comeback into the Dunk world !

BTW ... protein , creatine , glutamine , Bcaa are REALLY important to build and keep your muscle and strength ! that's my supplement !

i'm on my first kg of casein, this stuff is yucky in texture (when mix with water) compare to whey which mix so easily.  from what i read casein is full of bcaa, protein, and glutamine so i guess i better find a way to down this stuff.
