i think my 2 footed approach is still slowly goin up.

yea, ur right abt stickin with something for abit, tot i'd get some input on what im doing.

well i think you're doing some good stuff but, would be much better to see a log with like a month's worth of workouts.. i think the bounds for 50m etc could be tiring you out a bit, but, i assume you're just getting good at the movement..

for intense bounds they should be, say just one leg, i wouldn't really go over 5 contacts in a set... you want those 4-5 contacts to be very intense.. a bunch of submax contacts is good just for learning the movement/building up towards more intense bounds.

in your blog i dont see low box barbell stepups or anything.. that would probably help your single leg.

anyway i'd just do something strict for 2-4 weeks and have all the data/how you're jumping when you do etc.. so it's easy to see everything.. cant tell much from what you got up there yet..

peace mang

but dude, u look like u can go way up, lookin from ur vids,
how tall are u? can u get rim?

just got 120kg for 2reps, the 3rd rep almost killed me, was almost a good morning at the end. tried it after 2 sets of 110...
thank heavens i didnt injure myself.

adarq, how does one do single leg depth jumps?
i tried it yesterday. is it like drop off, land on 1 foot, the other leg nv touching the ground, and just swinging and then jumping?

also, i used to do single leg squats, but im doing walking lunges now, cos i think i heard u mentionin that its better, in that it gets one to put force into the ground? mind tellin me abit abt the proper form? sorry abt the form questions, just think that its impt i dun screw up the exercise.

i was around 1.77 i guess, i can touch most of the rim but cannot hang on it.

and i tried to find the vid of this particular thing u were doing. one legged, jumps onto a short platform, just goin back and forth between the ground and the platform. wat is the target muscle for this? is the leg supposed to be stiff as well?

many many thanks!
