I'm 16, my height is 1,85m, and I weight 73kg. I like very much playin' basketball and training for it.
Full squats: (maximum) 5 reps with 60kg (including the bar).
Now, I almost touch the rim.
The main problem is that using the vertical jump calculator, I should have a 32.6cm standing vertical jump, but in reality , when I'm under the basket and I jump on both legs, I nearly touch with my whole palm the backboard(just with one hand),so it's not a 32.6cm jump. I'm used to jump from one leg. I get very frustrated when I see other guys, as tall as me, without working out jumping higher than me and touching the rim. I would be very happy if you tell me what kind o training i should do to increase my leaping ability. If you wil ask, I will give you more detailes (maybe some videos) about my workout, how I jump , etc.
