Wassup.

I received Jack Woodrup's newsletter or whatever you call it one time tellin' me to check out this site, and I was like...

"Meeeeh. Maybe later."

Then I went into that bodybuilding.com forum and looked for some sports training for vert, and found adarqui's dunk mix with lions, with the whole world attacking him. It amused me and I finally decided to join and shiz.

Maybe I might learn some new stuff about vert-building on this site. I hope so. :3

they hate me over there, they don't realize it's like caffeine/adrenaline to me.. it gives me more incentive to train harder/really push myself, the more hate i get in general, the harder i work.. if everyone loved me that wouldn't be fun.. i'll probably have even more people hating me when i get my head on the rim than i have right now. hah

in the end it's all just fun, i hope to motivate people with the vids and just show them a different style of training which is very effective for performance gains.. as for that forum, as soon as they see my pin squats, doesn't matter what i did performance wise they will flip out.

that's what you call brainwashed zombieland, it's a microcosm of the entire s&c industry... bottom line, if you wanna "perform like everyone else", train like everyone else, because if you look at the industry as a whole, the gains/transformations are NOT impressive and pretty much everyone is succumbing to the same dogma.. the radicals/anarchists (which are actually ones who stay true to the fundamentals of years back) are the ones making the huge gains... the new-age s&c industry is fubar'd.

All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

I don't hate capitalistic concepts... if they are truly applied. I hate hypocrisy though. I hate the whole "we are civilized" thing while in the back you do all kinds of shit.
