Pre Game Warm Up

For those guys who are playing what's your go to pre game warm up? I'm starting again next week and want to be able to do a decent warm up without looking like an NBA wannabe douche bag. I used to do a full comprehensive warm up back when playing a higher level but now it's a social game more than anything. Even so I'm getting older and want to make sure I'm ready to go and less likely to injure myself.  I'm usually at the courts about 10-15 prior to the game and have 3-5 mins on court prior to tip off. Cheers.

To me, my best warm up was playing some aggressive defense. Sure, go through some dynamic warmup, if you do static stretches don't do them for longer than 20 seconds each, at best. In fact, I would static stretch only my hip flexor and maybe quads.

Then I would pick up a team mate and play some one on one for 2-3 minutes, playing aggressive defense on each other. That's been a great way to warm-up well for me.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

I arrive 30-45 minutes early and loosen myself on the side.  Jogging, dynamic stretch, and shoot on the side baskets.  Zero fuck is given to what other people think.  Honestly do what you need to do that is best for your body.  Who cares what others think...  Only insecure people would laugh at other people for warming up.
current stats: age: 42 :: 5'11" (180cm) :: 180lbs (82kg) bf ~30% :: reach: 90" or 7'6" (230cm) :: wing span: 6" (183cm)
12 week goal(current): SQ 115kg(100), DL 130kg(110), BP 80kg(70), reduce weight to 75kg (165 lbs) and bf to ~25%
status: excellent cardio condition, new 5x5 program, 10' rim touch okay, RVJ ~30"
PR RVJ ~34" 10'5" touch @ age ~25 (worst was ~6" below rim when i was @ 190 lbs ~35% body fat ~23" RVJ in 2007-8

Yeah good points.

I've been extending out my warm up to include some dynamic stretching, sprint starts and generally getting the body warm. Has been working kind of well so far. I just wish there were spare courts to warm up on.
