Problem with Heel when landing or hopping

My heel strike when running or landing from a jump causes my heel and achiles and other to rub against each other it seems and has some pain.

For example when i jump and land my heel hit the ground first sometimes causing something to rub against each inside my acchiles and such.

I tend to land like this when i RUN and JUMP in my left foot.....

causing pain in acchilles because something seems to rub against each other....

dno. jumping is really stressful on the achilles tho.

might need different shoes, thicker socks, or might have bigger issues.
