get rid of soreness

I have a game tomrrow and since my last leg workout 2 days ago my legs feel extremly sore and I don´t think I´m going to be able t play god with that:D
Has anyone an idea how I could get this soreness out of my legs?
I thought about as much protein as possible and stretching any other things I could do ?
current vertical: 32.5 inches
longterm goal: 35 inches
shortterm goal 120kgx5 squat
squat: 5x105kg
size: 6,1 weight: 77kg

compression tights, contrast bath, lots of sleep.. hmm.. lots of caffeine if you want to skip the NSAID/painkillers.
5'10" | 202lbs | 44 yrs
reach - 7'8" (92") |paused full squat - 545x1| standing VJ - 40"|

walk more. resting HR to low 40s. 

Daily Squats Day 1 - Aug 30, 2011 and still going.

thanks man had 10 hours of sleep, some protein shakes, magnesium and lite jogging yesterday my legs still feel sore but it´s a lot better :D

do a proper warm up before the game and get some dynamic stretching done in every part that is sore.

ya contrast showers help alot.. also, leg drains help.. lie down with legs propped up near vertical, and just chill there completely relaxed for ~15 minutes.

no no good tips actually I have the same problem with a soreness that won´t go away right now :D
