debatable but i thought it was the right call, it looked like it hit his bicep.

such a shame for chile, they outplayed brazil and just couldn't put it together at the end. i think they should have kept attacking instead of settling black and playing for the shootout. oh well. here's hoping colombia torches brazil next week.

Debatable indeed. But imho leaning towards the right call. It would be acceptable if he didn't call it though, in my perception it was 60/40 call/no-call.

Costa Rica vs Greece Greece luckily shot on extra injury time wtf insane they luckily got in the round of 16
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
