Man what a match, that own goal by brazil is ajoke. It was soo frustrating to see brazil just throw every opportunity to waste.

Damn dem belgium wall of defence, but even though brazil was the stronger team but belgium were just so stubborn and just holding on and just so irritating, I was cheering brazil on hoping for them to score but they just couldn't score an equalizer.

Now I get to see two of the team I don't like cos they kicked my team out.

France vs Belgium - It will be interesting they are soo similar in players too.

good job belgium. brazil you need more work.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Incredible match.

CRO up 2-1 going into the 2nd OT. CRO keeper wrecked at the very end, hamstring. Incredible how he's staying in there, he's def hurting. He has a defender kicking the ball for him...

Just so much passion in this game.

Russia's coach yelling at the fans to make more noise.

that guy also scored the goal that brought them to 2-2. he's brazilian and apparently has several screws loose. acquired russian citizenship two years ago on a personal decree from putin.

Lol. That match was epic, especially when the coach keeps telling the fans who was indicating to the fans to give support every time, they be thinking we can't any more crazier then we are.

but that 2-2 equalizer was just brilliant and then they go a fuk it up in the penalties.

The england match wasn't that special but reaching to the semi finals, i think it's been 28 years since they made it to the semi final's.
But england were smart to go this route instead of the route taken by belgium = brazil, japan.

I'm jealous man, it should be a great game. I'll be sure to pull it up on my phone though.

Right now I'm cheering for any of the teams that's not England. I don't even mind the players but the fans are an absolute nightmare. Plus they've had the easiest road known to man. Two potentially first time winners in Belgium or Croatia would be cool. I also really like France and their chances, probably the most talented team left in the tourney.
