damn @ MEX :( :( :(

But they still go through.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Japan luckily manage to go through even during their match with poland, there was 15 minutes of nothing happening just nothing happening.

Columbia beat senegal, if they had drawed japan wouldn't have gone through.

but Japan and Columbia are through.

Winner of England and Belgium will face Japan.

Yea man, not the way you want to go out but to be fair there were no other categories left to judge by. You really want to take matters into your own hands and get the result (tie wouldve done it).

I really wanted African representation in the next round but it wasnt meant to be. Nigera especially i thought had the talent to make a run. The thing is they were also very young and inexperience hurts in key moments. The traditional powerhouse European and South American teams just have that extra edge in key games. They know when to foul, waste time, slow the game down, kill the game, etc. It sort of reminds of how good experienced boxers (ie floyd) clinch at the right times, preserve energy, and just generally keep the bigger picture in mind.
GOALS

Squat 340x3               Power clean 265

BP 225x3                    100m - 11.5

great points at the end!

i personally hate the flopping/time wasting, i think most people do, but you definitely can see the "skill" in some of it when used to slow the game down/run the clock out. hah.

WHAT An amazing match France vs Argentina, as much as I hate to say it, but it's the truth, Argentina were broken from the beginning and France were the better team from the beginning but those goals. OMG.
So close even just before the whistle when argentina were able to bring the ball up but flop at the chance.

4-3!!! France were good, argentina did well considering they were sh*t, a lot of fouling and yellow cards.
France vs Uruguay/Portugal

I now shift my support to England. Belgium are playing well.

Now I don't feel that bad anymore for argentina going out, even though I would rather they continued.

But messi and ronaldo out of the world cup on the same day, the 2 best players, who's team just didn't utilize them effectively.

Uruguay vs France next as they beat portugal 2 - 1.

Russia make it through to the quarter finals by beating spain!!!

1 - 1 (4 - 3 Penalty) that final save of the penalty with the foot. Happy for russia.

Denmark vs Croatia not that good, croatia are expected to win.
