Watching England vs Panama and it's a corner kick, what the fuk is wrong with panama, their idea of marking a man is have their arms around him and when the corner was shot they are literally holding their mark and one that got away SCOOOORREESS. LOL.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

When panama score 1 goal the whole crowd goes crazy as if they have already won the match lol.

6-1, good result, panama was just focussing on their tactics of holding.

belgium going to be tough for england. but england still go through.

the winner of group g will face the runner of group h and runner up of group g will face the winner of group h.

group h have japan and senegal on top so I don't see that big of a threat. but who knows when it comes to england.

SENEGAL!! 2-1

What a mistake by Japan's goal keeper in the first half, tries punching it out instead of grabbing it .. punches it right to a Senegal player who bumps it in.

Great match so far.

what a mess in the second half of portugal vs iran.

VAR mess. Iran almost knocked portugal out of the world cup. they got an undeserved penalty and so many things happened lol. but portugal managed to get through.

OMG what a match argentina vs nigeria. argentina score a goal from messi and I am hoping for argentina to win until nigeria equalize and if nigeria draw or win argentina is out and it was equal up to the last few minutes and my heart is in my throat and argentina SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEE.

ARGENTINA ARE THROUGH YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. That game was nuts. nigeria had chances but luckily didn't make it  :ninja:.

But for how long will argentina make me and the argentina fans suffer. man
and as well as croatia beat iceland as I knew but iceland got one goal. I watched the replay so am glad I didn't get any spoilers of this match. great game.

you should have seen the reaction of diego maradona lol. soo happy and the last final goal he is showing his middle finger both hands towards someone don't know who.

in the knockout stages argentina will be facing france.

 :'(     :uhhhfacepalm:

Feel bad for germany. but south korea played well especially that first goal but the last few minutes of desperation where nuer came out of his position. germany were not able to even score one goal.

well played by south korea to beat germany 2-0.

feel bad for germany. But mexico even after losing 3-0, still made it through and south korea still don't qualify. but that doesn't take away from their major victory over germany.
