Stuff like this actually makes me angry.. They show the hit at the end. People are saying it's legal but it shouldn't be... You should have to block someone straight up, going for a knee like that should be completely illegal. Man, dude could have been wrecked.. to me that's dirty as fuck.

I wish coaches would bench their own players for shit like that. Everyone knows that's dirty.. Would have loved to see his own teammates scold him for that.

Also Tannehill got his knee wrecked yesterday, sucks for him & Dolphins fans.. he & the fins are having a great season.

Le'Veon Bell & Antonio Brown are destroying my dolphins in the playoffs..

So far they have two receiving TD's and 1 rushing TD.

Dolphins with a huge fumble in the red-zone to close the half.. brutal.

Still a great game. Very physical & emotional.

OMFG I was just watching the highlights and I thought the sea hawks were gonna win but the patriots managed to get it to over time and steal it.

is during overtime first one to score wins?

damn patriots stole the win.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

seahawks didn't play bro!! :D

falcons.

but nah, american football overtime works like this now (it used to be sudden death, first to score):

if the first score is a touchdown, that team wins
if the first score is a field goal, the other team has a chance to tie with their own field goal or win with a touchdown
after this, any other score wins the game

i think it can end in a tie after 1 overtime, in the regular season. I imagine they'd play two in the superbowl.

patriots earned that win. everyone thought they were toast after the first half.

pC!
