Some stats for zginphil, 15-16 year old's in summer strength camp. I have some more somewhere but can't find them right now. Plus I need sleep :)

thanks darq, looks like iv got some 30 yd sprints to run. and for vj, im assuming those are standing right?

yup, standing.

don't have any for running.. a testing day would be:

  • Body fat / Weight - before the session
  • warmup
  • 10 yard sprints, not measured
  • Reach measurement / SVJ
  • 10/30 yard dash split
  • Broad jump
  • 5-10-5
  • 300 yard shuttle runs x 2
