Lomachenko looked superb like usual. Such a freak. He moves & throws combos like Pacquiao, but has defense like Floyd. His handspeed seems similar to them also. Can't wait for the Salido rematch, hope he KO's Salido this time. Should be a tough fight though.

As for the Verdejo fight.. I still like him alot but, less than before. He has so many chances for brutal counters but he misses completely with wide wild shots. Those wild shots are blazing fast but, he needs to tighten that up and connect. Not sure what he's doing.. maybe he's just caught up in trying to impress on HBO.

Damn this is why i like to watch lomachenko fight he has as you mention angles and throws punches in bunches like pacquiao defense like mayweather as in hits and is able to get out of the way of punches, moves his head when necessary and he adds his own confidence and style of fighting as he can beat anyone and is energetic and thats what i like about.

that ko, damn was brutal and the way it was set up, uppercut to lift the head followed by the hook to knock him out, very calculated.

awesome fight. the ruslan provodnikov fight i watched the highlight, it was a good fight also a brawl like ruslan enjoys and molina's tall build and his durable chin as you can see from his physical jaw he won unanimously.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

ya, that KO is serious skill.. he pulverized a damn legit champ.  :headbang:

quickest 2-time world champ ever, too.. 2 titles, and he's only 6-1.

man I love how Lomachenko, he's pure balls. He just wants to fight everyone, doesn't give the least of a shit about 'working his way up the ladder'. I respect that alot.. i mean he has the skill obviously, but, it's a huge difference going from amateurs to pro.. Just because he has 2 gold medals, doesn't mean he'd be able to hang in there with these rugged, beastly, money-on-the-line professionals.. but he stepped right in and is cleaning up division after division. He's SERIOUS.

Also notice the similarity to Golovkin .. country .. olympics ... but... 400+ amateur fights. These guys are machines.

:D

ya i watched that too.. man both of those guys are straight up slugfests. Ruslan is almost done, unfortunately. You can see, he's lost alot of his fight. He's not the same guy who fought Bradley. Molina is pretty awkward, but has a solid jab.. very solid jab. He can really crank out a stiff/fast jab that did lots of damage to Ruslan's face. He can take a damn shot too. Both guys have huge chins heh.
