really good fights last night.

Thurman looked VERY good. Man he hits so hard, incredible how tough guerrero was to take those shots. At the end Thurman started looking a bit tired, it seemed to happen after he stood in there on the ropes and did some in fighting, which was a bad move. He should have gotten the hell out of there. Looks like he either got hurt or tired after that situation.

Other than that though, guy is a beast.

Garcia/Peterson and Lee/Quillen on the next nbc prime time boxing... epic!

wow what an amazing fight not including john molina vs broner match, that guy couldn't jab in that match even if he wanted to lol.

but the guerrero fight was good, thurman was very explosive and guerrero knocked out and came back strong aggressive that keith thurman when he was charging to stop him he was thinking 'woh he almost got me, be careful' and start backing away and even running lol. guerrero is a warrior.

thurman is a good boxer and power puncher.
props to both of them
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
