my 9 round shadow boxing vid:
- need to fix up some technique flaws
- need to improve work rate: 33-40 punches per minute, without losing speed
- i wasn't shoulder rolling on purpose in this video, but need to incorporate that next video: bigger slips/head movement
- need to use a stop watch for my 1 minute breaks, since none of them are 1 minute, all are < 1 minute
- need to warmup way better before first round, because the first round im just not loose enough, you can see it bigtime, as the vid goes on im so much looser/relaxed
- my best round came in round 8, so that just means i'm holding back
- need HEADPHONES, the damn ear piece flies out too much, especially when my ear gets slippery
