It was an interesting first few rounds, amir khan showed his speed and movement in the ring, but canelo would just break him down to the body, try a few swings but really attack the body, that later on khan started to slow down, defence loosened and canelo with a feint and a knockout blow. damn  :uhhhfacepalm: I KNEW IT, I knew this was going to happen, but khan fought a good fight.

Now canelo has to face golovkin, no diva demands, most of the blame goes to dela hoya he is the one who is delaying and everything. This was dela hoya's plan to promote canelo, he never cared about khan. look at the big green on his face. lol

Now I want GGG to destroy canelo to wipe that smile off dela hoya's face.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

hah.. i love canelo though.. i'd love to see him give GGG a good fight.. but GGG is just too big/powerful for canelo imho. Canelo is a beast, but GGG is beast*3, and an even better boxer.

One thing I just love about Canelo though, is he is definitely in it for the big fights. I mean he'll take on anyone. He's fought many of the best, including Floyd, so much respect. Kid has that mexican warrior blood. :F

Khan is just too chinny for 147+.. Needs to stick to 140's :/ Even then, people could KO him.. but at least at those weights, he'll be able to use his length more. sux, but he's def not in the 147+ league.

pC!

But during this fight, khan managed to withstand around 3-4 of canelo's left hooks to the side of the face and absorbed it well, but you are right, I think he needs to stick at 147lbs.

lol at delahoya 'I think khan can beat anybody at 147 and 154' and he said this after the fight.
