   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

yea, that's a 100+ mph going around a turn hitting a median kind of deal.

really sucks.

reminds me of paul williams a bit. hope errol isn't paralyzed like williams was.

Another fellow boxer passes away but due to an accident that occurred during sparring. Must have been one powerful body shot to have caused that much damage.

Harrison was good and was according to me was winning somehow neutralizing charlo and hitting some nice shots but wasn't very frequent with it and charlo is just a train.

yea i thought Harrison was winning that too. I was hoping Charlo could get the KO. Harrison was walking him down, hitting him with clean straight shots, while maintaining a tight defense. But man o man when he got clipped with that power, game over.

happy to see Jermell get his belt back. thought he got robbed in the first fight.

Collard vs Guajardo was a fun fight.. only went a few rounds but was pretty sick.

OMFG in the post fight interview, this kid just interrupted the guy who won & took over the interview.

Fury/Wilder tmw. can't wait.

Hope Wilder gets a sick KO on him. Fury going to be running/boxing all night. He says he's going to try to KO Wilder but i seriously doubt it. He's felt that power.

damn.

fury punctured wilder's ear drum in the first knockdown (blood coming out of his ear), and potentially broke wilder's jaw before that, from the looks of the blood in his mouth.

not sure how wilder hung in there that long, looking so wrecked. he couldn't do anything though, seemed so weakened/unstable from that first knock down.

sux. bummed.

gypsy king dominant performance.
