Errol spence dominates as usual but peterson made it such an exciting fight. I think it was prob a good idea for peterson's trainer to stop the fight as peterson didn't seem confident when asked about stopping the fight, he just said what you think is right, which inside would be like I can't handle him.

Spence is not good up close but likes distance giving chance to set up combos and power shots, but when the opponent comes up close it makes it harder for spence.

Great fight. He should fight someone with great power and is a slugger as that would break spence's rhythm.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJ-Rb4mfpF8" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJ-Rb4mfpF8</a>

damn nice. that looked like a fun fight.

definitely a good stop. Peterson has heart, they needed to save him for sure.. you can tell he didn't want to go out there but he would have.

Well it's not really a boxing news but it's news involving a boxer...so.

Recently/While ago not sure how long ago lol there was the racist H&M advert showing a picture of a little black kid wearing a shirt, looked like a hoodie but nvm that, it said on it 'coolest monkey in the jungle' then came the onslaught of tweets slamming the ad as racist and disgusting and adrien broner went to an H&M store and well see the video in the link below. lol

?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=embed_legacy

obnoxious, but amusing.. especially the end.

not sure about the shirt, but i guess at least some respect that he found it offensive and sounded off on it.. just went about it weird.

I just saw this being live streamed on youtube by showtime of upcoming fights. It also shows fights that have already happened this year.

I remember the figueroa vs robert guerrero fight, below is highlight. Man figueroa hits hard nearly every hit just wobbles guerrero's head in a drastic way or drops him. He called out spence so that would be interesting fight. He is also fighting broner. So another good fighter out there.

Canelo vs Gennady Finalized for May 5th. Man that took long. They both wanted it yet still picky over fine details. There won't be rematch like first match because they want to win and not do rematch but if ggg wins then they want rematch.

It took from september/october till now to agree to the rematch. But at last it's finally here.

Arum on board to match up linares with lomachenko.

awesome! btw, you mean if canelo wins, ggg will want a rematch, i imagine?

glad it's finalized tho .. i'm going with Canelo again :D but just not sure if he can fix/has fixed that conditioning. if he doesn't, it'll play out similarly.. if he does, he'll be able to outbox GGG even more impressively.

dno.

sick tho.

I actually meant if ggg wins, because if canelo wins, they would not give ggg the rematch that's why they don't want to leave any room for legal trouble by allowing a rematch clause and if canelo wins ggg will force a rematch but without if ggg wins then rematch if he loses then they will slam the door of rematch on his face. That's how I see them acting now, they want it over and done with cos they know the risk ggg poses.

OMG groves vs eubank jr was such an awesome fight. I was rooting for groves cos eubank was very cocky.

Eubank is the more technical and powerful fighter with the uppercut but he threw so many wild shots/ hayemakers and wasted alot of energey. Groves has such a slick defence skills that when eubank got very tired he's attempt throw hayemakers became very obvious with the step forward and then swing. Eubank had a bad cut from a headbutt. Eubank just could not execute as groves kept distance and just stopped his attempts to execute such a great fight. Groves has more experience and is just the better boxer but not more powerful then eubank.

great fight.

EDIT: cannot find highlights most have been removed sorry

Devon alexander vs ortiz was good, can't believe it was a draw, devon just had the better set up of punches or combos.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9TouFE6-bc" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9TouFE6-bc</a>

going to watch garcia vs rios later and see how that fight went.

Great fight from Brandon Rios as always he always comes to fight but Garcia too good and powerful with that hook. Garcia Vs Spence might be interesting but I give Spence the edge
Nasty ko

damn, dropped him nasty!! ya Garcia is really nice. Pretty much every time I want him to lose, he wins. :D Spence Jr is probably on a higher level though.. but I stopped counting Garcia out a long time ago. Would love to see that fight.

Garcia lost to Thurman, and Thurman has more power but less skill than Spence Jr. Can't see Garcia winning that but, will be a good fight.

Thanks for the recaps! ortiz/alexander looked like a fun fight. It's surprising that both of those guys are still fighting, but they look decent lately. Rematch time I guess.

Eubank Jr has been getting more sloppy as the fights go on .. he's just relying way too much on his power. Also doesn't have as much experience against better opposition like Groves. Nice to see him get schooled.

It was an entertaining fight, the problem with sor ringvisai is that he leaps in a lot when throwing his punches and doesn't handle boxers well, so he luckily got passed estrada, i think he just managed to pull out the victory in this fight. some people calling it controversial, I call it close but in the early rounds rungivsai was collecting in the points before estrada coming back.
