Beltran INSANE KO.

Crawford = elite performance like usual. Need some bigger names to step up and take him on.

OMG i missed that part where the guy punched him bare fist. I didn't see the fight but am gonna watch it. damn he should get arrested and charged for that. A cheap move. I'm suprised how the other guy didn't fall.

terence crawford is such a precision fighter, a fighter like felix diaz who likes to come forward and power shots and force the pace but terence he is so accurate with his hits he always manages to hit diaz on the button and also when diaz makes it messy by charging in felix is able place his footing in the right place and hit and move without diaz landing anything such precision.

Would love to see lomachenko or pacquiao vs crawford.

EDIT: watched the fight, the opponent was just so frustrated that, I don't know why, but just hit him after the bell, The punch looked more frustrated rather than intentional.. It even happened before It was good call to disqualify him even though dirrel didn't want it but the coach shoudn't have done that.

I also watched highlights of arthur abraham, poor dirrel to have it happen again, but the arthur abraham punch didn't happen after the bell but because he was down abraham came with his monster punch.

gervonta davis beat a nobody who was too scared to do anything and loses as expected I don't know why liam walsh was hyped for that. What i saw was pathetic and not even a threat.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

lomachenko vs pac ya.. lomachenko vs crawford - nah, too big for lomachenko (right now). i mean lomachenko has the balls to do it, he'll fight anyone, so i'd be hyped to watch it.. but i actually think he could beat pac, and they both have similar styles. That would be an amazing fight.

what a fight that was.. man i've always loved dirrell, he is (was) a solid fighter. He's taken some bad shots though at this point, hard to ever be the same when you get KO'd a few times.. and those KO's shouldn't have happened, that's the worst part about it.

definitely not worthy of hyping a fight, but walsh is "ok". The way Davis punished him was impressive. Davis has blistering speed + brutal power. Once he's in kill-mode, it's hard to stop him.

Crawford needs some bigger names, like Thurman/Garcia/Pac etc. Crawford is incredibly impressive, but it's time for him to face some serious threats.
