Some crazy night of boxing, adonis stevenson was able to hit dawson clean on the jaw and BAMM! knockout in first round.
i don't know dawson was not being careful, but stevenson has a heavy hand combine it with power KO.

New champion, can't believe it, first round ko.

maidana vs lopez was excellent as well both brawlers but maidana was able to over come and really throw some damaging blows.

 :headbang:
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Also funny when he got up he just looked dazed when ref was asking if he was ok to continue but looked dazed, so the ref had to call it.

meant to post about this but didnt get around to it.

man what a night of fights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that lara/whatshisface fight was amazing.. so was maidana/lopez. very impressive performance by maidana because man he got caught hard, then came back to just put a destruction to lopez.. possibly early stoppage but lopez was definitely in severe trouble. much respect to lopez tho, hes' a warrior.

i never get tired of boxing.. such great fights this year.

oh yeah, erislandy lara vs angulo, that was a good fight, angulo looked slow and heavy but when he got inside and was throwing powerful shots at him, but until that time when i don't know but also he got some powerful shots to the body, just wont let go lol, i didn't see him gouge him; as they say; with his thumbs and man that eye bone swole up real bad.

exactly he did this with canelo, victor ortiz, when he realizes he has to start working hard as he is behind, he just goes to warrior mode and says 'fuck this boxing shit' lets brawl and goes out crazy with some wild power shots, and got maidana good in round 3 and a little in 4 where he was tiring out. lopez could have come out of it, like the fight with bradley and the russian guy bradley was practically out on the ropes was still standing and the ref didn't stop that.

next one broner vs malignaggi.
