Crawford looked AMAZING. Very impressed with how meticulous he was with Delorme. He was setting up that 1-2 for a while then bang, game over. so sick.

Mattyse/Provotnikov was a war. Too bad Prov got cut early on (~3rd round). Might have been a slightly different fight, dno. Mattyse's boxing skills were obviously the difference maker. Though, prov kept coming and hurt him a few times toward the end. I'd love to see Mattyse get his rematch vs Garcia.

Chavez jr.. lmao. What a joke. Man he doesn't even look like a boxer in there. His lack of professionalism finally caught up with him. So much whining too, during the fight. Fonfara obliterated him.

Klitchko/Jennings next weekend..

agree

crawford looked good against dulorme.

the matthysse fight was amazing, it wasn't an all out war as mathysse's corner said don't trade with him as he gets caught and misses his shots, but his excellent jabbing and combination and power punches to the face was very good.

lol at the chavez match, agree with you, he just didn't fit in that weight, he looked big but not skilled or powerful enough, lol at the complaints even though he would commit them, first time knocked down, with a powerful hit to the top of the head. but it was expected to happen as he was able to knock down stevenson.

would love to see matthysse vs garcia, but don't think that will happen, too many people calling him out.

yep, may pac is getting close.

I was watching the 24/7 and the fight for mayweather vs dela hoya and it is scarily similar to mayweather vs pacquioa, trained by freddie roach, de la hoya fighting for mexicans, pacquiao fighting for phillipines, mayweather training very hard with power punch training like he is doing now, it was also the match the world has been waiting for ??? a strange one, but this fight also a fight the world has been waiting for, but the difference is pacquiao has the jab which de la hoya never used, i first thought dela hoya won but after watching again, it was a draw if dela hoya won round 12, else it was a 7 rounds to 5 for mayweather. dela hoya just was not doing much jabs he waited too long, also the controversial scoring, lol, i didn't have to see jerry roth's card, he was the one that gave the first fight with mayweather against castillo to mayweather. hope this fight is not given to mayweather on controversial scoring. that would ruin it.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
