He should have put him to sleep. This is failed trolling as he gets his ass handed to him.

I love that deontay wilder video, puts him on his ass and literally begging for his life. A lot of video he runs.

Man I loved the video of the guy in the previous post of the guy got him in a stranglehold. Zelenoff makes troll videos of him getting beat he posts videos of him failing and title is him failing. Ultimate troller. A good detox is that video of the guy choking him lol.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
