canelo vs kirkland tonight

should be a "fan fight", ie a war.

i feel canelo will get kirkland out of there though.. also, kirkland without anne wolf is usually not good for him. I think he's trying to "become a better boxer" but, can't see him being able to figure that out against someone as legit as canelo.

I had a feeling it was going to end this way, he always seems to be vulnerable to those shots early on, but have to give him credit for having strong heart to trying to stay in the fight but he was overmatched, canelo is just too good, he might have tired himself out by attacking early on against the ropes.

he definitely doesn't know what he wants, as when he asked why he left anne wolf he couldn't give a straight answer except he wants someone to make him work harder.

he needs a good trainer to take him back to the boxing basics.

good fight, don't want mayweather rematch as mayweather showed against pacquiao, the mayweather vs pacquiao left a bad taste and hopefully the canelo vs cotto will replace that.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
